This policy forms part of the Navaa Terms of Service. It applies to you and to everyone you invite into your workspace.
You must not use Navaa to
- Send unsolicited marketing, promotional or bulk messages through the WhatsApp integration, or message anyone who has not opted in to hear from you.
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Store payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health records, or other sensitive categories of personal data, unless we have agreed in writing in advance.
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
- Upload malware, or attempt to probe, scan, overload, disrupt or breach our systems or anyone else's.
- Circumvent usage limits, resell access, or share one workspace across separate businesses to avoid paying for additional workspaces.
- Scrape, crawl or extract data from Navaa by automated means other than through an API we have provided.
- Use Navaa, or its output, to build, train, benchmark or improve a competing product or model.
WhatsApp in particular
Your use of the WhatsApp integration must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. A breach can cause our business account to be restricted, which affects every other Navaa customer, so we treat it as a serious breach of these terms.
Enforcement
If you breach this policy we may remove content, suspend your workspace, or terminate your account. Where the breach is minor and capable of remedy we will ask you to fix it first. Where it risks harm to others, to our WhatsApp Business account or to the service, we may act immediately and without notice.
Termination under this policy does not entitle you to a refund.
