What is Navaa?
Navaa is task management software for small teams. Your team’s tasks live on one shared board, and you can create and update them by texting the Navaa bot on WhatsApp.
Do my teammates need to install anything?
No. Teammates create and complete tasks by texting the Navaa bot on WhatsApp, just like they message anyone else. The board is on the Navaa website whenever you want the full picture.
What are industry templates?
A template is a ready-made task board. Pick Skincare & beauty, D2C / E-commerce or Agency / Studio and start with stages that already fit your work, or choose Custom and name your own.
Can I send voice notes?
Not yet, but they’re on the way. Soon you’ll be able to send voice notes to the Navaa bot and see them on your board as text. For now, send your updates as text messages.
Is Navaa really free?
During the beta, yes. Navaa is free through 31 October 2026 for teams of up to 8 people. The planned standard price afterwards is ₹1,999 per month per team.
What if my team has more than 8 people?
Plans for teams of 9–20 are coming soon, and pricing will be announced at launch. Join the beta now and we’ll let you know.
Can I change the stages on my board?
Yes. Templates are a starting point, and the Custom board lets you build your own stages from scratch.
